The Flexi-Arm system can withstand very high wind gusts in excess of 70mph. The picture above shows the left hand banner flexing in approximately a 25-35mph wind gust.

The only true performance bracket… Wind tunnel tested, spilling 87% of the wind! Wind is a banner’s worst enemy. Each day that the wind kicks up, your banners take a beating. With Flexi-Arm brackets your banners remain taut as winds reach approximately 65 MPH. As this happens your banners tip with the wind in proportion to its speed. The more the wind blows, the more the Flexi-Arm brackets release… saving your banners and streetlight furniture!

Flexi-arm banner installation

A protective sleeve is applied to the to lamp post and held in place by the stainless steel straps.

The top and bottom brackets are mounted to the to post with the stainless straps. The straps are the secured tightly using a screwdriver.

Installation of fiberglass arms are inserted into both brackets and held securely with the brackets pin.

A cable tie is then inserted through banner eyelet and pi holding the banner onto the arm.

Maintenance

The Flexi-Arms will work well for many years, limiting banner damage and reducing lamp post liabilities, but maintenance is important and recommended as follows:

• Return to the site within 4-6 weeks of the first install to tighten bands if necessary.
• Check on banding once a quarter and/or after high wind storms.
• It may be necessary to tighten or replace banding from time to time.
• Check on banner arm pin for wear once a quarter.

Genesis Marketing - Flexi-Arm Warranty

Genesis provides a five year warranty on the Flexi-Arms against product design, manufacturing and its windspilling capabilities as outlined in the wind tunnel test report.

During this warranty period, Genesis will replace or repair the Flexi-Arms system. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is in lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied for a period of five years from the date of purchase.

Genesis will not warrant the following:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect abuse, accidents, alterations, corrosive environments and any other abnormal service conditions. This warranty specifically does not include product damage due to weather conditions rated F-0 and higher (65mph) on the National Weather Scale.
